Before launching her company, Donna managed the Nashua and Manchester Vocational Departments for Easter Seals, where she supported individuals with physical, emotional, and learning disabilities, as well as those recovering from substance abuse and individuals re-entering the workforce after incarceration. She also worked extensively with veterans and their families returning from Iraq and Afghanistan through the Veterans’ Services Program at Easter Seals.

Donna began her career as a recruiter in Marlboro, Massachusetts, where she collaborated with employers in the Marlboro, Hudson, Acton, and Sudbury areas to meet staffing needs. Her work included assisting individuals experiencing homelessness and those recently released from the Billerica House of Correction and MCI Framingham. She later joined a recruiting agency in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she matched candidates to opportunities in customer service, administrative support, manufacturing, and CDL-A driving positions. Donna also partnered with area high schools to teach interviewing skills and workplace readiness.

At New England Career Services, Donna provides personalized career counseling that includes résumé writing, interview preparation, LinkedIn profiles, job development, and labor market research. She regularly coordinates job shadows and informational interviews to help clients explore potential career paths. Donna maintains strong partnerships with Vocational Rehabilitation, the Department of Education, and area high schools to help individuals define and reach their vocational goals. She is especially passionate about guiding students as they choose college majors aligned with their interests and career aspirations.

Donna holds a master’s degree in educational studies (M.Ed.) with High Distinction Honors from Rivier University in Nashua, NH, and is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP).

Beyond her work with clients, Donna leads Business Supporting Business, a professional networking group that connects business leaders across New Hampshire and neighboring states to foster collaboration and workforce development. She is also an active member of local Chambers of Commerce, where she advocates for inclusive employment and career education initiatives.

In recognition of her leadership and dedication, Donna received the Nashua Chamber Champion of the Year Award in 2023 for her outstanding contributions to workforce readiness and community advancement.
